Hi Will, Hi Shak!

This couldn't have come at a better time as I'm writing an article on reading a paper for folks with a non-STEM background (also on Substack). This really felt like a fast and furious read in biotech world but I'm still marveling at the trend of biotech topics becoming mainstream. The fact that I'm writing this comment on Substack and not some obscure corner of ResearchGate or F1000 forum is a testament to that. Thank you

This is incredibly, incredibly valuable with such a high signal-to-(basically non existent) noise ratio. Much appreciated!

Quick little request would be to create a public twitter list of great follows that you could link to?

Very helpful! Picked up Quickstart Molecular Biology. Even if I don't end up working in biotech, I want to understand how the cell does "code compilation/interpretation". Thanks!

Any thoughts on how to get in the game if you aren't a part of the revolving door or never did research in a lab?

This is so good! I would *love* to read that follow-up article on mental models and frameworks 🤞 (as someone looking to learn as much as possible about the field to build in it in the future!)
